You have some great resolutions! Congrats on your new little one! I'm sure adapting to the new dynamic will come quickly. My "baby" is now 6 years old, and I miss those days sometimes.
ReplyDeleteThank you! I am due in less three weeks and terrified actually LOL. It will be interesting to have two children around 14 months apart. I'm so thankful though that my "baby girl" is old enough to be a big help :)

Your answer about eating with a fork made me remember something I'd almost completely forgotten. I had about a year when, for no reason I could ever explain, I couldn't STAND the feel of putting metal in my mouth so I ate everything with my fingers or plastic utensils. My husband and I had just started dating and I remember thinking, as I dug into a bowl of spaghetti with my fingers, like a caveman, that if he still loved me he was mine. And he did! Hooray! :)
ReplyDeleteOMG I would just die! LOL Actually I don't like the way putting forks and spoons feels either in my mouth. I don't put it in, I just bite everything off of them to eat. But ever since I was really little, I have always had to cut everything with a fork and knife. I can't even eat french fries without a fork and knife. Touching food really freaks me out. It's a phobia I have. I guess that I why I have never cooked anything and leave it up to my husband cause the thought freaks me out grabbing any food with my hands

DeleteThat quote is from my all time favorite tv show called Popular. I used to watch it in high school and have it on DVD. The one girl says that to another girl in the first episode and it's always just been stuck in my head ever since :-)
DeleteI hope we can go out too. We have not had a date night since Natty was born over 7 years ago. My parents have given us an opportunity each year they came down to Florida to watch the kids for a night but Reggie would refuse to go out. So it never happened. My parents are taking the kids for New Years and I've never been out ever on New Years and I'm begging him to take me somewhere. Just a movie or something. We don't have hardly any money but I put aside a few dollars from Christmas to use if we can get out alone together. I have wanted to so bad
