I wanted to link up this week with Tara & Vicki for The Nails Files. Being pregnant, I can't paint my nails due to the warnings with the chemicals found in nail polish so I haven't been participating in this hop since pretty much the beginning of my pregnancy. But I know you don't have to link up your nails, so I'm linking up a few cool and awesome nails I've come across. Check the images out!

I didn't paint my nails when I was pregnant, either... or color my hair, take medications etc. Kudos to you for caring so much :) <3 I started using the more natural polishes since my son was born. I had no idea what I was putting on my nails, before :/

I love the bee nails in particular but all of these are awesome haha, I really can't work out which one I prefer for sure (though I think it's the bee ones)but they all look great!
ReplyDeleteMy daughter uses the Jamberry Nails, which are cut, shape, stick (no paint). I'm not sure if there are chemicals in the adhesive or not, but it could be worth looking into. Right now she's sporting music notes that she likes quite a bit.

ReplyDeleteI never thought about how the chemicals in nail polish ought be avoided during pregnancy. I've heard of it for hair color before, but I never would have thought of nail polish on my own! I'll have to keep that in mind for the future (no babies here yet!)
