So if you missed my post last link up about my cool Ninja I’ve been using, you can view it here and all the pretty pictures I added.

I’ve been doing well with this. The last and only time I stuck to a strict weight loss plan was for my wedding to get into shape since I had just had a baby. I wanted a great body to look back on and I got it. Then I gained it all back. So my goal is to keep up and be motivated. So I know I can do it once again!

And the thing I find amazing with this is that I haven’t been to the gym at all. I have been wanting to go but haven’t yet. Don’t get me wrong. It’s not sue to laziness. I’m very motivated and love the gym. Just their child care hours suck and are not job-friendly. We are looking into another gym after this membership is up. One a bit closer and better hours. The only exercise I have been getting is from sex. Ok, maybe a little TMI but it’s true. It burns lots of calories.

So here is how I have been losing weight:

I have officially tomorrow been junk free for 30 days!

  1. I have not had any soda what so ever
  2. I have not had any caffeine what so ever
  3. I have not had any fast food
  4. I have not had sugar {I did sneak 3 cookies. That is it}
  5. Have only drank homemade juice only and water
  6. Been eating majority of fruits and veggies only. A few times a week some lean ground beef.

 

But I’m now on MyFitnessPal! I’ve done really good keeping up on here with tracking things. It’s pretty fun actually. Anyone else that has this should add me if they wish. Click the button below to become my friend :0)

I’m feeling great too. The headaches have stopped. The heaviness as well. I’m starting to feel lighter although I still don’t really feel a change in any of my clothes feeling looser on me. I think once I get around the 20 pound mark, I’ll really start to notice.

I have stayed under my calorie count everyday {except one day} and I noticed my stomach has become trained now for smaller meals. I get full faster and it knows not to beg for junk food.

So that’s about it. I think I’m doing good and motivating myself.
