Color Splash Sunday - Desk

Today is Sunday and so that means



So here is my submission for this weeks color splash. I took this photo with my iPhone of my desk at work. Then I thought what a cool color splash photo this could be. And so it is.

I'm assuming you used Photoshop to do this?? Can you tell me how please? I'd love to be able to do something similar and haven't figured out how to use it yet!!
