Day 9: A picture of the person who has gotten you through the most

Today is the ninth day in the 30 day photo challenge. Today's photo is a picture of the person who has gotten you through the most.

Of course, there couldn't just be one person. I had to go with two. My mommy and daddy. I couldn't choose one over the other. They both help me out no matter what and when I need it. I normally go to my dad when I need money or help with something technical. My mom is the one I go to for my shoulder to lean on. When I need to vent and talk.

This is a picture of my parents two years ago at my wedding. This was the second time in my entire life my dad showed any signs of tears.

Auto-Correct Fails

I love all the funny posts people do about the horrors of auto-correct. I too, am a victim of it as well. Just not as bad as some of these people. Here are two of some recent ones I stumbled acrossed

Anyway, I came upon this one and its a color splash photo challenge.

Here is my entry

Here is the same picture before the color splash

This is my favorite photo I took of my ferret Waffles a few years ago. He just passed away this past October. He was 5 years old and I loved him dearly. This is a photo I took of him on our countertop, showing off his new Christmas sweater I had bought him. He looks so handsome, doesn't he?

Day 8: A picture that makes you laugh

Today is the eighth day of the 30 day photo challenge. Today's photo is a picture that makes you laugh.

This is so wrong in so many ways but I am a huge South park fan and when I saw this, it had to bring a little chuckle. I can see someone trying to be funny having this and all I can think of is a thousand Timmmmmmy's over and over repeating those words.

Photo Challenge: Buildings

I am entering this photo of Cinderella's Castle at Walt Disney World, Florida in Twisted Fate Photography's Photo Challenge.

Day 7: A picture of your most treasured item

This is the seventh day of the 30 day photo challenge and today's challenge is a picture of your most treasured item. This is too easy for me. My most cherished item is:

My Daughter

I have only one child so she is my everything. Her name is Natalya and she is four years old. Both these photos were taken this past Halloween. One was from when we went out trick or treating and she dressed up as Princess Aurora and even got to wear mommy's blonde wig. The second was when we went to DisneyWorld to go to Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween and she was Princess Tiana.

She drives me into insanity sometimes, but I could never imagine my life without her. The cute things she says to me and tells me she loves me and wants kisses all the time. Natty is my most treasured item

Day 6: A picture of a person you'd love to trade places with for a day

The sixth day of the 30 day photo challenge. Today's picture is of someone you would love to trade places with for a day.

My choice would be:

HEIDI KLUM

She is amazing. Not only is she beautiful, stunning, fabulous....she is a Victoria's Secret model, the host of Project Runway, and extremely famous and rich. She seems to have it all. She always looks amazing and so completely happy.

Fill In The Blank Friday

1. If my house was on fire and I could only grab 3 things I would grab:
My family, kitty, and camera/photos. Everything else I think I could replace.

2. A smell I really like is:
I love the smell of pineapples but I hate them as a food.

3. Something you might not know about me is:
I tend to be a very selfish person.

4. Some of my favorite websites to putter about on are:
Facebook, Etsy, Blogger...honestly, I really can't think of any others at the the moment.

5. This weekend I will be:
Going to a birthday party for my friend's daughter turning one. And doing my normal cleaning the house and laundry routine all weekend. Like I do every weekend.

6. Nothing makes me happier than:
Knowing that I have done something good or accomplished something.

7. A bad habit I have is:
I tend to interrupt people while they are talking and I have been working on it. Trying to work on it anyway.

If you wanna play along, here is the link to follow HERE!

Day 5: A picture of your favorite memory

This is my fifth day of the 30 day photo challenge. Today's photo is a picture of your favorite memory.

This is a picture of my brother and I when we were little.

I think this was before his accidents he has had throughout his very young childhood. If you read my confession from yesterday, you know what I mean. Well, this is us at our Great Grandma's house. We used to love going up to see my mom's family and all our cousins and relatives. We loved going fishing with grandpa and going swimming with our cousins and having sleepovers and just a great time with the family. So this is one of my favorite memories from my past

iConfess Wednesday week2

So I am dedicating Wednesday to Confessions Day or iConfess Wednesday!

I thought I would post one confession a week I am guilty of and want you to share yours as well. Want to read last week's confession? Click here

-Confession of the Week-

My confession this week is something I'm not proud of. But I was a little kid so I was not into thinking about others, just myself.
When I was about 5 years old, my brother (who was around 4) was burnt so bad by a pot of soup dropping all down his body, his skin melted off of him and he was in the hospital forever being treated and having his skin reattached.

Of course, everyone was very concerned always there to help us out with everything my parents needed since they spent all their time in the hospital with my brother while I was staying with either neighbors or fmaily members.

I was horrible and hated my brother getting all the attention and presents for him to get well. So one day, I went and popped all his inflatable toys for the pool my grandparents gave him (a purple dinosaur in particular) and I stole a stuffed animal dog from him. I was so jealous and now, I cry still thinking about how cruel I was and selfish that my brother almost died and all I cared about was not getting attention from people and jealous he was getting toys and I wasn't.

So, that is something I think about to this day and start tearing up over. I have hated myself ever since for that. Now, me and my brother do not speak, but non the less, just because he doesn't claim me anymore as a friend or family member, I still feel bad for doing those terrible things to him.

So that is my confession for the week.

Wanna be a part of iConfess Wednesday? Simply copy and past this button on your confession and link it back. And join the blog hop so I can read you confessions. Confess anything you wish! Let the fun being every Wednesday.

Day 4: A picture of your night.

This is my fourth day of the 30 day photo challenge. Today's photo is a picture of your night.

My night is filled with coming home from work to a messy house. Made by both the child and hubby. Always a mess everyday. I'm such a clean freak too that it drives me insane 99% of the time. I will clean clean clean. I spend my entire weekends and days off cleaning and in 5 mins, its back to this. So this is my night.

Day 3: A picture of the cast from your favorite show

This is my third day of the 30 day photo challenge. Today's photo is a picture of the cast from your favorite show.

That's an easy one. My favorite show in the whole wide world I could watch over and over again is:

POPULAR

Remember this show? It aired on WB back from 1999-2001
I love this show. I own both seasons on DVD and watch them all the time. I used to be obsessed with this show my senior year of high school. I wish they had made more than two season but non the less, its still awesome!

Day 2: A picture of u & the person u have been close w/4 the longest

This is my second day of the 30 day photo challenge. A picture of you and the person you have been close with for the longest.

This is a picture of me and my husband back on our one year anniversary of being together in 2002. We were in my college suite here about to go to dinner. Oh yes, my bleached out hair back then. Young, skinny, and living it up when I was 20.
Out of all my friends that have come and gone, he has been the longest friend I have had that I have been able to see with without needing a computer in years.
